Thanksgiving Favorites with Chef Colucci at Cielo

You guys, I love Thanksgiving. My family usually goes all out at home for the big feast, but let me tell you—I would hands-down give myself a break (if it were possible) and eat until an induced food coma arrived at Cielo in the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. I was fortunate to be able to attend a blogger’s preview to the expansive buffet selection by executive chef Gian Nicola Colucci that is available on Thanksgiving. Cielo is on the top floor of the Four Seasons, so not only do you get a fine dining experience, but you get it with an amazing view of the St. Louis riverfront.

Pretty much every Thanksgiving dish you can imagine at an expansive buffet prepared by the chef and his talented staff.

The wide variety of items offered include the turkey day faves plus the Italian chef’s remarkable take on fall favorite flavors like pumpkin risotto with goat cheese, maple pecan panna cotta, and so much more. The brunch is served on Thursday from 10am-3pm OR you can take Thanksgiving to-go with a complete meal prepared for 10 people.
